* Student's must submit proof of enrolment at an academic institution in addition to proof of payment.

Instructions for Registration

Fees include:

Participation in all oral presentation and poster area (workshops not included).
Lunch and coffee breaks indicated in the program.
Symposium kit.

Networking dinner has an additional fee of 45€.

Pre-symposium workshops have limited capacity and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance requires an additional fee of 40 €.

Your payment shall be processed before the end of the corresponding registration period; otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the fee of the current open type of registration or cancel your registration for the meeting.

Please be sure to make the bank transfer in euro (the final amount we receive must be the one indicated in euro). All bank fees/commissions must be paid by the sender.

There is no refund policy once payment is made.
